The Mancuso Real Estate tradition was founded in 1911 by Rick’s great-grandfather, Charles, and grandfather, Benjamin. With Rick’s father Benjamin Jr. as acting president, that foundation grew into a business shaped by local knowledge, long-standing relationships and a practical understanding of the Western New York real estate market.
After establishing deep roots in Batavia and Genesee County, for more than 90 years, Rick expanded the company’s service offerings, founded Main & Ellicott Properties, and renamed Chas. Mancuso & Son, Inc. to the current Mancuso Real Estate.
Today, Mancuso Real Estate continues that legacy as a division of Main & Ellicott Properties, LLC, providing real estate brokerage and property management services with the same emphasis on local experience, responsive service, and long-term value.
